- Create, manage, and maintain the EHHOA website.
To include collecting and posting photographs,
news, events, resident directory, home owner
meeting minutes, and general information
useful to Emerald Hills residents.
- Collection of resident information from local
realtors and / or resident visits.
- Assist in providing documents for posting
and resident access. For example, area contacts
subdivision maps and covenants.
- Maintain a secure database to provide up-to-date
resident information data to the
EHHOA board
as well as for the member (resident)
directory.
The primary uses of the database
are as follows.
- Fulfillment of tax requirements as a non-profit
homeowners organization to provide a membership
list.
- Mailings of news and information
- Billing of annual membership dues
- Provide for a member directory. This an on-line
password protected directory and contains your name, lot, acquired
date (closing), physical address, mailing
address, phone, and email. Please indicate
if you do NOT want your phone and/or email
placed in the member directory. You must
post your email in the directory to receive
the weekly EHHOA news and events email.
