The next EHHOA meeting will be held Thursday, Dec. 17, 2009, at 7pm at the Preston L. Yancey Fire Department, 2015 Jefferson Highway, Fishersville, VA.

Order of Business:

1. Calling of the roll and certifying of proxies.
2. Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice.
3. Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes and treasurer's report.
4. Reports of all other officers.
5. Reports of committees.
6. Election of vacant positions.
7. Unfinished business.
8. New business.
9. Adjournment.
