Larry Ingle, President, opened the meeting with a proposal. Mr. Ingle proposed that all billing for dues, bills, etc. be outsourced to a private company. A motion was made from the floor to approve this proposal, the motion was seconded, the proposal was then approved. The details in billing agency, etc will be disclosed at the next meeting.

A motion was made from the floor to approve the contracting of a local landscaping company to take care of all the entrance signs, etc. The motion proposed the project would be taken care of through the special projects committee. The motion was seconded and approved.

Fred McNeil was asked to chair the Special Projects Committee. He accepted the chair position.

Rick Czerwinski, Treasurer, gave an update of bills and dues paid/collected. Several liens are being processed for delinquent dues.

Larry Ingle, President, gave an update on community concerns regarding speed limits in the neighborhood. Additional speed limit signs will be installed by VDOT when the weather is more conducive to their placement.

Kurt Michael, Vice President, gave an update on entrance sight distances. The entrances have been marked for land improvement to commence this spring on Kiddsville Road. The entrance off Long Meadow Drive (Route 608) is pending homeowner approval.

Elections were held and the following members comprise the EHHOA executive board.

JR Lawhorne was appointed and accepted the chair for Architectural Review.
