Mr. Ingle, I'd like to update you on the
status of this matter. I have asked VDOT
to prepare the necessary sketches of the
project to attach to the documents we will
ask the property owners to sign. As soon
as I receive those sketches, I will finalize
the documents and contact the property owners
to make arrangements for them to sign the
documents. I hope that this will occur within
the next couple of weeks.
Once the documents have been signed, I will
ask VDOT to advise me of the schedule for
completion of the work, and I will communicate
that schedule to you.

The Emerald Hills Home Owners Association
met this evening 6/28/04 during this meeting
we received approvals from Lot 1-2-3. You
can contact each one of them ASAP to get
the documents signed that the county needs.
The only thing they all wanted to make sure
after the grading is completed that the areas
were seeded so they can be mowed.
