Official EHHOA E-mail Notices

EHHOA may occasionally send out notices to all e-mail ids that have been provided to us.

These notices are considered 'official EHHOA business'. As such, there is no unsubscribe process. If you prefer that you not be included in the distribution of these notices you must make a request to the webmaster via the email link on the contact us page to have your e-mail ids removed from the EHHOA member database. Once removed you will no longer receive any EHHOA notices. In addition, your e-mail id will no longer appear in the member database reports.

Your e-mail id will not be given out to other parties whom we feel may inappropriately use it.. eg.. marketing or political targeting. Existence of your e-mail id on our database is password protected thus not exposed to casual internet users or automated 'robots' that harvest ids for marketing purposes.

Removal from our database has no effect on the E-mail listserv. Unsubscribing from the E-mail listserv does not remove your e-mail id from our database thus does not stop the official notices.
