Dear EHHOA members,
Please look for your current year invoice
for EHHOA dues in the mail. This
year we have decided to simplify our process
by using a post card type bill like that
shown in this news item. This will
save time, paper, and money for the association.
Remember, that the homeowners association is “legally” responsible for collecting dues. According to the covenants, we are required to oversee the upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of Easements and Common Areas. In order to accomplish this, annual assessments are required. Please understand that the board has kept the fee as low as possible.
