Two events coming up to help support our fire department.

Preston Yancey Volunteer Fire Department Fundraiser

EVENT: Preston Yancey Volunteer Fire Department Fundraising Dinner
DATE: Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010
TIME: 4 - 6:00 p.m.
MENU: Pork Tenderloin, macaroni & cheese, green beans, beverage, dessert
COST: $8.00 plate. All proceeds go to Yancey Volunteer Fire Department for equipment, training, and maintenance. Takeouts available.

Preston Yancey Fire Department Community Open House

The volunteers at Preston Yancey Volunteer Fire Department are offering a community open house on October 23, 2010, from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. Free tours will be provided of the fire house and fire equipment plus lots of fun for the kids with the fire safety house, bouncy house, and free hot-dogs, chips, and beverages for the entire family.
