Emerald Hills Subdivision Homeowner's Association is glad to welcome you to our neighborhood. Our subdivision was begun in 1990, and is complete with over 178 homes. Although the subdivision has seen a lot of changes, much has remained the same. There certainly has been some turnover, but a good number of residents are original owners and we especially appreciate their contribution to our neighborhood. Emerald Hills is conveniently located in Virginia between the cities of Waynesboro and Staunton, and is just a few minutes from Interstate highways 64 and 81. Schools, shopping, jobs, and extensive services are close at hand.

You may be visiting our site as an interested homeowner, a newcomer to the neighborhood, or an established resident.  Why have a homeowner's association? We have a significant investment in property values, and feel it is in our best interest to maintain, if not improve both the quality of life and the homes that we work hard to keep. If you are already an Emerald Hills resident, we want to encourage you to meet and help your fellow neighbors, and work with our Homeowners Association to make our neighborhood a better place.
