All home owners are urged to attend this very important meeting.

The Annual Association Meeting will be 7pm Tuesday October 2, 2007. A notice was mailed to all home owners on our about 9/12/2007. Please put this important meeting on your calendar now. Refer to the notice below for details.

Elections of Board of Directors will be done at this meeting. All director positions are open and need to be filled at this meeting. Although nominations may be submitted at the meeting, it will make the process more efficient if nominations are submitted ahead of time. Open positions are as follows:

Emerald Hills Homeowner's Association

The next EHHOA meeting will be held Tuesday, Oct 2, 2007, at 7pm at the Preston L. Yancey Fire Department, 2015 Jefferson Highway, Fishersville, VA.

Order of Business:

  1. Calling of the roll and certifying of proxies.
  2. Proof of notice of meeting or waiver of notice.
  3. Reading and disposal of any unapproved minutes and treasurer's report.
  4. Reports of all other officers.
  5. Reports of committees.
  6. Election of Directors (All positions will be open). [ one vote for each lot owned ]
  7. Unfinished business.
  8. New business.
  9. Adjournment.

To get to the Yancy Firestation, take Rt 608 South to Rt 250. Turn left on Rt 250; go under the rail tracks and up the hill... Yancy is on the right about 1/3 mile past Subway. Park ONLY along the left and in the parking lot on the left so as to leave room for emergency responders in the event of some emergency during the meeting.
