Dear Neighbors,
In amplification to the APMS letter sent out last month, all Emerald Hills homeowners are invited and encouraged to attend the annual Home Owner's Association meeting that is scheduled for Monday September 10th at 6:30 pm.
Location: Preston L. Yancey Fire Department.
This meeting is an opportunity to receive
updates about various issues that affect
our neighborhood. The Board of Directors
will provide information regarding several
action items. This meeting also
provides an opportunity to submit complains
or concerns. Volunteers to serve on
a committee or two will be solicited.
Also, attached is a nomination form document that can be used to nominate yourself or
other owners for BOD positions. In
the interest of time, nomination form information
may be emailed to 'nominations@ehhoa.info'.

appropriate number of chairs can be set up.
