9/14/2020 -- The 2020 Annual Meeting of the Emerald Hills Home Owners Association Inc.

Note from the HoA President: In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and social distancing and cleaning protocols in place at the Yancy Fire Station, an on-line meeting has been planned for September 14th. A preliminary agenda has been prepared. Emerald Hills Homeowners are welcome to submit additional items for discussion at this meeting prior to Thursday September 10th. Agenda items may be submitted via e-mail to: BOD@ehhoa.com or to APMS directly. This notification is being sent out electronically to homeowners whose e-mail addresses are on file and via U.S. mail to approximately 30% of the homeowners whose e-mail address have not been included in (provided for) the resident database. The duration of the “Zoom Meeting” is expected to be 45 minutes.  Start Time is 6:30pm.
