Annual HOA Assessments
Annual assessments are $75.00 per year, due in June 2026. Your contribution helps maintain common areas, fund community improvements, and keep Emerald Hills a beautiful place to live. The last assessment increase was approved at the December 2025 BOD meeting.
Paying Your Assessment — via Our Management Company
All HOA assessments are processed through our administrative management company, APMS. Pay online through the APMS owner portal, or mail a check.
